If you need to speak to someone about your order and it is outside the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM EST, on a holiday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, please email us at accountmanagement@thertastore.com. Someone will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please allow a little extra time if it is a weekend or holiday. We will try to answer every email within 14 hours, if not sooner.
